Youthclusive was founded by a then 13 year old teenager who had a passion for directing and a drive for change. Who believed theater was better when everyone was included. We offer a community where everyone is accepted and welcomed no matter their race, size, differences, gender, and background. Every year we put on one musical and are working towards one short film to give all youth the performing arts experience they deserve without anyone feeling different or like they don’t belong. Youthclusive is theater for all!!!
Auditions:
The Prom Auditions will be held on Sept. 26 & 27, 2026. Please sign up on the Google Drive form (Here) or email director@youthclusive.org with questions. More info will be posted on our instagram in the coming days. In the mean time - get familiar with the show - you will pick a song from the show in the linked Google Drive. Recommended ages 10 to 18 years but we will make some exceptions - so please reach out! Everyone is welcome.
Crew, Musicians & Directors:
We need you! Sets, costume, lights, sound, stage manager, pit, front / back, PR / social media, and assistants! We know it takes many of you to make an actor shine on stage!

ReHEARSAL SCHEDULE & SHOW DATES:
The Prom Rehearsals will be held on Sundays from 1 to 5 PM from October, 2026 through March, 2026 (holidays excluded). Some additional evenings may be added as needed and based on cast availability. All cast may not be called for all rehearsals. Rehearsals will be held at Youthclusive’s main office studio spaces, 4619 Sierra Madre Rd. Santa Barbara, and as needed some may be held at Carrillo Recreation Center, 100 E. Carrillo, Santa Barbara, 93101.
Tech is March 15, 16, 17, 18, 2027. Show times are March 19, 7 PM, 20 2PM and 7PM , 21 2 PM at Center Stage Theater with the possible additional shows of March 26, 7 PM and March 27 7 PM at 751 Paseo Nuevo, Santa Barbara. Tech is MANDATORY- all cast and crew are called March 15 - 18, 2027.
